KCSARA Emergency Medical Services
King County Search And Rescue Association (KCSARA) maintains a high level of skill requirements for all of its members across a wide range of disciplines. Once each member has attained this basic level of competency, they then have several opportunities to expand their skills depending on their personal interests. Since KCSARA serves the sick and injured, one of our more important roles is as providers of emergency care.
King County Sheriff's Office (KCSO) is an agency of King County Emergency Medical Services (KCEMS), and provides sponsorship for members as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), maintain EMS training records for those members who are registered EMTs, and conduct continuing EMT Competency Based Training (CBTs) for our members.
