Point Last Seen

Point Last Seen is KCSARA's biannual newsletter. Just began in February of 2007, the newsletter is mailed to our membership twice a year in February and August along with information on our Spring and Fall training academies. If you're a member of King County Search And Rescue, and did not receive the last newsletter, please let us know.
