Member Units

Rescue One

* Rescue One provides Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS) and special rescue services to Enumclaw, King County Fire Protection District #28 (KCFD 28) and areas outside established fire districts in the mountainous areas of King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties. Rescue One is an all volunteer organization, established under the auspices of KCFD 28.

A short summary of rescue services includes:

Rescue One is also able to provide hasty team services in the event of a search within the King or Pierce County area, specializing in swiftwater rescue.

Rescue One provides these services to any bonafide law enforcement, fire or rescue service, working primarily in conjunction with the King County Sheriff's Office Search & Rescue Division (KCSARA). One hour is the usual maximum travel time to base camp.
